Recipe

This recipe is a crowd favorite at Wilders. This dish will not disappoint you whether you’re searching for a quick dinner the whole family will enjoy or a get-together with the neighbors. 

Ingredients: 

  • (1) pack of 1 lb. Wagyu Ground 
  • (1) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • (8 oz) container sour cream
  • (1/4 tsp) garlic powder or to taste
  • (1/8 tsp) red pepper or to taste 
  • Salt 
  • Black pepper
  • Cooked rice or egg noodles

 Optional Ingredients: Sliced mushrooms or diced white onion

Instructions: 

  • Place Wagyu ground beef into a hot skillet. Cook until browned, season with salt and pepper
    • Add in onions or mushrooms if desired 
  • Add in a can of ‘cream of chicken soup’ and stir to combine
  • Add in a can of sour cream to the mixture. Stir to combine
  • Season with garlic powder, red pepper, and let simmer for 2-3 minutes
  • Serve over rice or egg noodles, enjoy!

Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • (1) pack of 1 lb. Wilders ground Wagyu
  • (1) onion, diced
  • (1) can black beans, drained
  • (1) can kidney beans, drained
  • (1 can of corn, drained
  • (1) can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, not drained
  • (1) can tomato sauce
  • (1) packet of taco seasoning
  • (1) packet of ranch seasoning
  • (1) cup water
Optional garnish: sour cream, diced avocado, shredded cheese, diced green onion, fresh cilantro, Fritos or tortilla chips

 

Instructions: 

  • Brown the ground beef and diced onion in a large heavy bottomed pot over medium-high heat. Drain liquid
  • Add all remaining ingredients into the pot
  • Bring everything to a boil, reduce heat to low and let simmer, uncovered for 30-45 minutes, stirring often
  • Ladle into bowls and garnish with toppings of choice

Recipe Tips: 

  • Start with one cup of water, then gradually add more at the end while simmering until chili meets desired consistency
  • Substitute black and kidney beans with your preferred beans
  • For more spice, swap regular can of Rotel for a hot can of Rotel

Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • (1 Tbsp) olive oil 
  • (3/4 cup) diced yellow onion
  • (1) diced rib celery
  • (2) cloves minced garlic
  • (1) pack of 1 lb. Wilders ground Wagyu 
  • (2 Tbsp) flour 
  • (1 Tbsp) tomato paste
  • (1/2 tsp) dried thyme
  • (1/2 cup) chicken broth
  • (1 cup) brown gravy 
  • (1 cup) frozen mixed veggies
  • (3 cups) mashed potatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions:

  • Start prepping the mashed potatoes. While the potatoes boil, start the filling

  • Preheat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add in the diced onions and celery. Saute for 3 minutes. Add in garlic, stir for 1 minute
  • Increase the heat to high. Add and brown the ground beef. Drain excess grease from pan
  • Reduce heat to medium-high. Add in flour and mix with the beef
  • Pour in the tomato paste and thyme. Cook for 1-2 minutes
  • Stir in the chicken broth to deglaze the pan. Scrape off all the brown bits in the pan to add flavor
  • Add half of the brown gravy. Toss in the frozen veggies until heated through
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Taste and season as needed. Remove from heat
  • Assemble & Bake

    • Pour mixture into a 9-inch pie pan or 7 x 11 casserole dish. Spread mashed potatoes on top
    • Use a fork to "rake" lines on top of the potatoes 
    • Broil on high at 550 degrees for 5 minutes
    • Remove from heat and enjoy!
